Our Message to the Senators
Dozens of Grassroots Nebraska groups with different goals and focus have come together, on this topic, to ensure our civil liberties are not infringed upon. Currently, several corporations, institutions and employers are in fact infringing on the civil liberties of their employees and patrons.
If an establishment offers public services and goods, they are required not to discriminate against others.
You as our civil servant have a duty and responsibility to ensure all is being done to prevent that infringement. It should be a top priority as no emergency supersedes our civil liberties, even temporarily – especially when there is no emergency. Yearly illness is NOT an emergency delegated to the government or any group of any kind to fix. That responsibility falls on the individual. Otherwise, what we are conducting is a mob mentality where a group of people believe they have the right to remove rights from others.
If you fail to uphold your duty, We the People will be placed in a position of being responsible to bring you back into compliance with the constitution and American morals and values or to have you removed from your position with the potential for incurred penalties or fines.
At this point we must bring it to your attention that along with your failure to sign on for a special session that would be fulfilling your duty to take every action in order to protect our civil liberties from being infringed upon, we will bring to light any information that shows your position on the matter is being influenced by an agenda meant to infringe on our civil liberties. Especially, the monetary ties to individuals, entities and special interest groups that when you accepted you were agreeing to follow their goals and priorities.
(Provided examples attached. If anyone needs help working through the campaign filing concerns, please ask!)
We are not asking you to agree with us today on the topic at hand. We are demanding that you acknowledge your constituents civil liberties may be under threat and that you have the responsibility to investigate that through a special session.
We deserve to have our civil servants on the record. Our country was founded on individual rights. Our constitution was written to ensure the masses could not remove the rights of the very smallest minority, the individual.
We come to you today to ensure you sign in with the other Senators to call for a special session to address medical mandates for all Nebraskans.

Good day Senator______,
My name is _____ and I am reaching out to you today to call upon you to stand in compliance with your sworn duties and call for a special session to ensure that the civil liberties of Nebraskans is not being infringed upon. No matter your position on vaccines, nor the influences of special interest groups and party agenda, We the People have made it very clear that we believe our civil liberties are currently being infringed upon. You as a civil servant owe it to us to investigate the matter via special session.
As one of the remaining conservative senators yet to sign on in support of a special session we are left to believe that you do not intend to stand for our Freedom. If you do intend to do so, a response of confirmation will allow us best determine the appropriate course of action to follow as we near the deadline for you to submit your position for a special session.
Sincerely,

Good day Senator ______,
My name is _______, I am reaching out today because we need your support for a special session to address the need for protections for our health and from medical mandates. We are not asking you to impose our will, or your own on anyone. We are not asking you to be anti or pro anything, vaccine, treatments, doctors, science – we do not have to agree. What we are asking is that you put aside any preconceived notions about those calling for a special session. There are in fact tens of thousands of Nebraskans, potentially more, who stand to lose their livelihoods due to discriminatory medical mandates that punish and segregate them based on the medical worth deemed appropriate by a government system never delegated those powers by our constitution in the first place.
As one of the remaining senators yet to sign on in support of a special session we are left to believe that you do not intend to stand for our Freedom. If you do intend to do so, a response of confirmation will allow us to best determine the appropriate course of action as we near the deadline for you to submit your position for a special session.
Sincerely,
___________
