LB77, Constitutional Carry, is back on the schedule following a motion on the rules and finishing up first round of debate on LB276.

Side note: check out that motion to suspend the rules! This proposed rule change would prevent the democrats from continuing the filibuster by motioning to bracket a bill over and over again. The new rule would limit the motion postpone a bill to only once a day per bill.
The Democrat Senators that have been filibustering are going to FREAK!
Back to LB77!!!
The following lists indicate the previous vote on LB77 at General File. This bill is now in Select File. Two more votes are needed to make it to the Governor’s desk! Please email and call our senators on Monday & Tuesday! Please thank the senators who voted yes, encourage them to continue to support LB77, and feel free to send encouragement or something to the other senators.

Join us at the Capitol!
When debate begins for LB77, please feel encouraged to venture to the Capitol and observe debate in Support of LB77 on the balcony of the legislative floor!
We do not have an exact time that this debate will begin. The motion to suspend the rules, the debate and vote on the rules, and to resume and finish debate on LB276, may very well take the first half of the day. We will provide updates throughout the day on the Nebraskans Against Government Overreach Facebook page and do our best to give people the most notice possible.
