Calling all Douglas County Parents!!! The Moms for Liberty – Douglas County, NE are busy organizing to stand up for OUR kids across the county, in every district! They need YOU to stand up with them! Tonight was a great meeting discussing recent school board meetings (Super congrats to Brittany Holtmeyer for her election to the Papillion LaVista School Board! ), updates on the Library Commission (Tiffany Carter has been doing amazing work here), and upcoming educational legislation. Senator Kathleen Kauth talked about LB575 (Adopt the Sports and Spaces Act – https://nebraskalegislature.gov/bills/view_bill.php?DocumentID=49722) which keeps girls and boys seperate, and LB574 (Adopt the Let Them Grow Act – https://nebraskalegislature.gov/bills/view_bill.php?DocumentID=49961 ) which prohibits puberty blockers and the mutilation of children through surgeries.
