Highlight: URGENT Call to Action

Your immediate attention is needed!! Nebraska girls are at risk every day as the fringe liberals attempt to tear down their rights to safe and fair participation in sports and school.

The fringe idiots have taken to the comments on LB89 in opposition of this commonsense legislation. Not only is it ridiculous that we even have to make this a law, but we also have a faction of crazed Nebraskans that defend the crude attacks on our girls’ future!

Medical Freedom!!!

After years of standing against medical tyranny in the form mask and vaccine mandates we are genuinely thankful for Senator Kauth’s commitment to this legislation. While this bill does not outright eliminate the potential for future medical mandates it does require that a county/city health director cannot go rogue. Any proposed mandate would have to go through a proper public hearing and vote by the elected public officials of that city/county.

Stand for MEDICAL FREEDOM and SUPPORT LB203!!!

SUPPORT: LB203     *NAGO PRIORITY BILL*
Introducer: Kauth
Description: Change powers and duties of health directors in certain local public health departments

Statement of Intent: *LB 203 changes the role of public health directors with regard to directed health measures by providing guidelines and requiring a majority of elected officials on the board of health for the area affected by the directed health measure to vote on the measure.*

Recently passed at the NEGOP was a resolution “Opposing the Implementation of the USDA Aphis Rule Mandating Electronic Identification Ear Tags in Cattle and Bison over the Age of 18 Months Transported over State Lines.”

Senator Tanya Storer has introduced LB665. This legislation directly supports the goal of this resolution. NAGO also SUPPORTs LB665.
