Join us on Monday at 1:30 pm for the Rules Committee hearing in RM 1525. 34 rules have been proposed – of course, there are no attachments to review them 🙄 makes it more difficult to take a position of support or opposition.
Regardless of that. Change is needed, and it doesn’t take links on a website to know that. We must eliminate the secret ballots for electing committee chairs. It would make sense to have a process to handle potentially dilatory motions. Lastly, the use of present not voting to shirk the responsibility of taking a position needs to come to an end. At the very least, if one does vote PNV, that shouldn’t count against cloture.

However, the mornings will be spent introducing new bills, designating priority bills, and following the rules committee hearing, debate will begin. NAGO will continue to track these bills and ultimately prioritize our top bills to support and to oppose.

I’m in the NAGO Facebook group, but I post too much Truth…so I’m not assured of having access to the news feed, etc. Out in Western Nebraska/Panhandle, We the People just take what happens and let someone else do the ‘political’ ‘wasteful time-consuming’ drudgery because it’s just too much to keep abreast of the action.

Be willing and ready to take (in your case, further) action–especially tell EVERYONE about salvation in Jesus Christ (whether it’s the End Times or not). Above all–PRAY! PRAY! PRAY!
