Help END What the Government Won’t!

Dear NAGO Members,

We are beginning our Petition to End the Mask Mandate in Omaha, NE, starting on April 8th of 2021, lasting until April 28th of 2021.

We will need 154 volunteers willing to dedicate their time to obtaining 100 signatures each. NAGO will provide talking points and simple statements to encourage our community to sign the petition AND show up again in May of 2021 to vote in favor of ending the mask mandate in Omaha.

Sign-Up to Walk for Signatures

We need 22 people to sign up for each of the 7 districts throughout Omaha to walk throughout the neighborhoods and obtain 100 signatures each.

Sign-Up for Bar-Hoppers

Additionally, we are seeking volunteers willing to obtain signatures at local bars and events across the metro area during the petition. If you would have any interest in signing up to obtain signatures please sign up below!

Despite the mask mandate, thousands of Omahans descend upon the hundreds of bars and events across the metro area each night. Many of these people might just prefer to do so, without a mask! We will capitalize on those in our community that would like to move on with their lives.

Sign-Up to Aid in Office

We will also have office space near 114th and Dodge for people to come to us to turn in completed petitions and obtain signatures. If you would like to aid in obtaining signatures or in administrative work at the office (or if you have any other questions, concerns or suggestions) please contact Allie French at alliefrench.nago@gmail.com and she will get back to you soon!
