Tuesday January 11th
Omaha City Council – Peaceful Protest

We will be at the Douglas County Civic Center around 1pm, or a little later depending on weather, to remind them we are watching, we will keep our local government accountable, and we are opposed to ALL medical mandates.

The city council meeting begins at 2pm, there are two agenda items to take note of.
Agenda item 54 is an ordinance that amends the Human Rights and Relations Board. Upon review of the attached changes, it seems to focus on inserting leftist terms related to CRT ideologies.

Email the Omaha City Council members to reject ORD 42810!

Agenda item #102 will be on its first reading. We highly recommend reviewing the agreement to ensure there are no obvious red flags or conflicts of interest. Consider forming a position to be presented at the public hearing on January 25th for ORD 42857.

While the city council has shown no intentions of attempting a mask mandate, the County/ Omaha City Health Director Huse has suggested she herself will be implementing an Omaha City-wide-only mask mandate.

Remind this unelected bureaucrat that it is NOT her job to dictate the medical decisions and daily lives of our communities. It is irresponsible and harmful to mandate ineffective masks.

Don’t forget to review our Covid-19 Info & Resources for more evidence supporting our position.

As most of you know, the 2nd legislative session has begun and our civil servants have been busy introducing legislation.

You can view currently introduce legislation here: Current Legislation

Senator Hansen has recently introduce LB906 – Require employers to provide for vaccine exemptions and provide duties for the Department of Health and Human Services

LB906

We were very much looking forward to the introduction of protections for our Medical freedoms, most especially from forced tracking, testing, masking and experimental injections.
Unfortunately, at this current time we cannot support LB906. As it stands, the bill would reimplement a philosophical exemption for vaccines, however, it simultaneously creates a precedent allowing the implementation of mandated testing and masking. This is unacceptable. We do NOT trade one freedom in the hopes of Preserving another.

It has been expressed that this is what it will take in order to get something of this nature passed. However, we can no longer settle. We must demand all of our freedoms. They must introduce the will of the people and allow us to do our part in keeping our other civil servants accountable in upholding their oath to our constitution.
It has been suggested we can amend our way into a good bill that doesn’t infringe on our civil liberties. We have no doubt good, solid amendments can be written, unfortunately, over the last half decade, as legislation related to medical freedoms has been introduced, democrats promise to get on board with these amendments only to yank them in the final hour.

Nebraskans need ALL of their medical freedoms. Not some. Not just some of the time!
Help us convey this message to Senator Hansen and the supporting civil servants.

  1. No to Convention of States! There is a iTunes video totally explaining how this can play into the Democrat agenda to rewrite the constitution. Will they have 2/3 of States ratifying the changes or simply declare done?
