PASS. Barger has attended a wide variety of local meetings and events. He and his wife have regularly attended public hearings to provide supporting testimony in favor of preserving our liberty and halting government overreach.

PASS. Anyone who takes the time to strike up conversation with Russ Barger knows the man has a deep respect for our country and an understanding of the measures needed to restore our country to the values intended by our founding documents.

PASS. While Barger has not always been the first to run up on stage and grab a microphone, when it comes time for Russ to share about our inalienable rights there are few who know the law as well as he.

There is no doubt he has the burning desire to correct these false narratives and determination to restore law & order to our state and country.

PASS. Barger has always been a man of action! When our many groups were organizing to pressure our government to answer the call for a special session to address medical mandates, Barger and his team were crucial in contacting our civil servants and setting up a meeting with Governor Ricketts to discuss how Nebraskans were being affected.
10. Prior Involvement/Achievements in Liberty Minded Efforts or Government
PASS. Barger has been a practicing lawyer in he State of Nebraska and an active participant in Liberty- minded efforts that led to one of the largest medical freedom rallies the state has ever seen.

Summary of Candidate
William ‘Russ’ Barger has been a strong advocate for individual freedoms and the restoration of our founding documents as intended. Barger would make a phenomenal state legislator and we look forward to continuing our work for years to come!
