LB906 – Requires Employers to Accept an Exemption for the Covid-19 Injection – Public Hearing
Thursday Jan 27th NAGO and Nebraskans gave testimony in support of LB906. This bill would require employers to accept an exemption for the covid-19 injection.
Allie discussed the need for guidelines if the legislature is going to tell employers that they can require PPE and testing; it MUST be FDA approved & they MUST accept liability.
Lauren and Patrice shared their ongoing case against Creighton for the Religious Discrimination they’ve experienced.
Several others echoed the sentiments of 100s of thousands of Nebraskans that have been subjected to vaccine mandates and been denied, punished, and or terminated from employment.

NAGO held a short rally outside the County Courthouse to oppose the Mask Mandate implemented by Lindsay Huse. The Attorney General had a hearing at 10am calling for an injunction. Both Omaha World Herald and KETV interviewed us while raising awareness.

Following several parents reaching out about Elkhorn Public Schools refusing exemptions and ultimately suspending good students for a personal medical decision, NAGO helped organize a rally to raise awareness to the local community.
1.22.2022 NE Freedom Rally
NAGO hosted the NE Freedom Rally in conjunction with the World Wide Freedom Rallies and in opposition to the local Omaha Mask Mandate imposed by an unelected bureaucrat.
We will continue to stand up, speak out, and be present in all fights to preserve our liberty and prevent overreaching agendas.
Our NE Freedom Rallies continue to be a positive experience. The support always far outweighs any negative responses from people passing by. This rally we even had the support of a few high school students claiming to hold very polar opposite views. Despite their obvious attempt to get a rise out of us, we continued to enjoy our raising of awareness and simply kept an eye out to ensure they didn’t run off with our signs. (Yeah, they tried a few times.)
LB773 – Constitutional Carry Public Hearing
Senator Brewer introduced LB773 which would permit carrying a concealed handgun across the entire state of Nebraska. There was a lot of phenomenal testimony from expert witnesses, local 2A Leaders, and community members.
LB774 – Adopt the First Freedom Act – Supporting Testimony
Opening Statement from Senator Brewer for LB774 on Jan 19th 2022. There was plenty of support for LB774, most of which seemed to be from minority groups that have experienced or wish not to experience religious persecution.

Omaha NO Mask Mandate
Upon hearing about the intention of Lindsay Huse to implement a mask mandate for the city of Omaha, NAGO made our position known and quickly united our efforts by rallying for 3 days in row.
This consistent show of dedication is one of the noted reasons for AG Doug Petersen filing suit against Lindsay Huse for her unlawful mandate.
The press release was an experience. No one was comfortable with our presence. Lindsay Huse refused to answer our question, “Will you mandate vaccines next?”, her response, “You’re not with the media, I don’t have to answer your question.” Lindsay Huse was brought in for one purpose, to implement a mandate. NAGO will continue to be present and keep our government accountable.
Valley County GOP Winter Gala
It was a wonderful opportunity to be invited to the Valley County GOP Winter Gala. NAGO was provided the opportunity to setup a table with our NEW info cards, raise awareness, and participate in an awesome patriot event!
Trent Loos gave awesome commentary as usual and important information on our natural resources. Kash Patel also spoke this evening and was exceptional receptive to NAGO!
3rd Annual Community Christmas Party
December 11th NAGO hosted our 3rd annual Christmas party… and it was AWESOME! Despite the several hurdles in the week leading up to the event, everything went off without a hitch. This year we were again joined by Dr Lee Merritt and Dr Ben Tapper! Dr Arthur Grinstead, Ashley Mason, and the performance by Matthew and Dr Elina Newman were spectacular additions this year. As the years go on it becomes more and more apparent how needed these kinds of event are to our community. The fun, the fellowship, and the normalcy is everything!

As you can see, Facebook kicks us often during our activities. Allie French remains completely restricted since going live for the first Healthcare Workers for Medical Freedom Rallies on August 23rd and 24th. This is one of the most important reasons for continuing to do peaceful demonstrations, big tech cannot cancel us when standing on the side of the road!
This day we had nearly a dozen individuals pull over and get more information from us on how to get involved! Every person reached is worth any and all hate received from the opposing side. We will never be silent. We will never go away.
September 3rd – Meeting w/Governor Ricketts & NDE Board Meeting
NAGO Founder & Leader Allie French, the Leaders of Face Friendly Nebraska, and NoMask Lincoln met with Governor Ricketts in order to discuss the need for a special session to implement protections for Nebraskan’s personal health.
That same morning we had a “win” with the NDE. We’re happy to see the State Board of Education table the health standards, however, don’t lose sight of the fact that they changed the rules so that it only takes one to bring it all right back. The standards are not only inappropriate to teach in our schools, but these topics are better discussed in the household with parents, and falls clearly outside their scope of responsibility.
Thank you to all the parents of Nebraska for standing up for our children and letting your voices be heard.
Papillion LaVista Kicks Highschool Students Out Over Masks
August 30th the Papillion LaVista Superintendent imposed a mask mandate over the weekend. Come Monday the high school had kicked out over a dozen students for not wearing a mask.

June 17th – Community Learning Planning Committee Meeting
This is going to be a long post… we hope you all stick with us. Yesterday was the Community Learning Coordinating council meeting, several of our groups were present for this meeting and gave phenomenal commentary which we have shared below. Some label it brave, or equate it to walking into the lions den, and while we stand by our commentary… we don’t think anyone left feeling good about this meeting. The divide is real. Many of us spoke but our words were not listened to because we’d already been labeled the enemy. Even when there seemed to be many points on both sides that everyone in that room agreed with. The programmed assumptions impeded an open discussion. We should be talking about American ideology, core academics, honest educational material – for all Americans and the world, fostering high achievers, maybe how to encourage self sustaining skills that will benefit themselves and our community in the future. It would be best to teach our teachers how to instill the drive to be productive. The drive to accomplish something great even with nothing. Rather than an agenda that is constantly pushing them into feeling inadequate – whether as the perpetrator or the victim. What if we acknowledged assumptions on both sides? …by design… What if the government didn’t tell either of us the truth? What if the not so obvious establishment has us pit against each other and either way they win? What if the not so obvious establishment on the right has us all convinced you assume we’re racist? What if the left has you convinced that those who wish to preserve a free un-indoctrinated country are the enemy? Do you see the common problem. A politicized agenda. And it falls on both sides, with a common goal – to keep us fighting while they continue to remove our civil liberties and yes white-wash AND dilute our history – the good and the bad. What if the answer is to reduce their power and money (give it to whomever) and fix the curriculum – because it’s flat out wrong, for everyone. What if, even if we don’t agree on the ideology of things, we can agree we have a problem and my greater hope is that we can agree on the common “enemy”. What if we gave the descendants of slaves reparations? Has anyone looked at what they’re actually asking for? What effect would that have? Our prisons do need reform and we agree expansion is not the answer. We’re likely not on the same page with the public health, but we hope we get the chance to be heard because we feel we have a good solution. The education part we actually think there’s a compromise and we believe it can be a collective effort – you point out that they gave a faked benefit when introducing separate history, that it’s all American history, we have known for a long time that our public school history classes were wrong and seemed to be changing – but you don’t know what you’re never made aware of – as adults, we have to take responsibility and figure it out, which is why we went through the RAP site. To be honest, we don’t know enough information at this point to form an opinion, but what we do know is that this topic has been politicized so terribly it can make it difficult to take a step back. The concern is that bc of the politicized nature we can’t get behind introducing an ideology into public schools, BUT, we can 100% get behind a fixing of the curriculum. That being said. Our schools suck in other places too. We’d really like to see us focus on reviving core academics as well – Denise made very good points about that, again, fostering high achievers, encouraging self sustaining skills. Teaching our teachers how to instill the drive to be productive. The drive to accomplish something great even with nothing which is what many have been doing all their lives of all colors. Would that be enough? Are proponents of CRT and anti-racist teaching really asking for socialism/communism? Can we achieve reciprocity and still preserve the bill of rights, our constitutional republic? We’re all for rewriting legislation to achieve clarity and equality – where is it that we start? What’s at the top of the list? We try our hardest to get it right. To be honest, fair, and non-judgmental – we do our very best to love and treat others as God intended. At the end of the day we are all God’s creation. We all are unified in the fact that we want better for our children’s future – but at this point in time the racial divide we’ve been thrust into seems to be a convenient distraction strategically placed to perpetuate the hostility and disrupt conversation.

June 14th – School Board Meetings
Members of NAGO, concerned parents, grandparents and students themselves, spoke up at the various School Board meetings across the state of Nebraska.
No longer will we sit by silently.
Coordinated actions are coming.
We will hold each of you accountable, on every level, from local schools to state government.
We are going to take back our country. If it’s the last thing we do.
With that, NAGO sends out an open letter to all school districts across Nebraska.
Nebraska Schools,
We have two point to cover.
First.
It is unacceptable to attempt to coerce parents into accepting experimental injections for their children with the promise of getting their oxygen back or avoiding segregatory consequences.
With the recent executive orders signed by Ricketts ending covid related DHMs, masking should not only be a completely free and optional choice from here on out but we insist that it is implemented into your school’s and teachers training that they are not to discriminate on their students for their own medical decisions – however now we have a visual reminder.
With that being said we are here because you’ve proven that if you can, you will. If you can get away with mandates, you will. If you can ignore us, you will. If you can indoctrinate our children you will. If you can coerce, bully or intimidate, you will. Often times you do these things in the “name of science”. Science that if it were 10 years ago would have been labeled dangerous quackery promoted by communist regimes.
Doctors are statistically the colder more clinical of individuals, some label them psychopaths. That is why they do the job they do and you do the job you do. You have to consider their very cold, clinical recommendations and apply them to children. Abusing children for a virus that they are not susceptible to nor spreading on the recommendations of a non-governing body is insanity.
Leave the kids alone, let the kids be kids.
Which brings us to the second point.
We are calling on ALL the school districts to publicly denounce CRT/CSE! There is no place for it in AMERICA’S schools. We have zero tolerance for division, manipulation and control of our children. They will not be made into victims nor shamed for who they are.
The free thinking Americans are fed up, we will be free. End this abuse, for you will NEVER achieve the level of conformity that would satisfy this maniacal need for control.
Quit fueling a politicized agenda and get back to normal.

May 18th – Oppose LR118
On May 18th we spoke before the Executive Committee in Opposition to another stunt by Sen Hunt. LR118 was the triggered response to the conservative state of NE standing up to the usurpers within our government and would reaffirm their oath (which Sen Hunt called unnecessary in her opening statement) promising to uphold our rights and reject the unconstitutional actions looming in threat. LR118 disregards the very REAL, very CONSTANT censorship that is occurring in this country, which Hunt insists in her closing is not occurring in this country. She should be grateful we are not a democracy… it’s thanks to our great Constitutional Republic that she still has a job.

Thursday May 6th LR107 had a Public Hearing before the Executive Committee. This Resolution is a true non-partisan legislation. However, those who oppose LR107 continue to obsess over furthering the division. Senator Hunt and Senator Blood lead this attack with several absurd amendments to LR107 (AM1380 – 1385, Hunt & AM1276, Blood) meant to overwhelm the Committee and prevent the passage of LR107. #NAGO#PRESERVINGOURLIBERTY

March 12th 2021 – Judiciary Committee (LB276)
We had a few members of Nebraskans Against Government Overreach and individuals from several other groups spoke in relation to LB276, you can listen to the full public hearing in the audio below.
This bill is dangerous and reckless. A teleconference is not sufficient for the administration of such a medical procedure, nor do we need to make such a procedure that much more accessible. This bill creates the potential that women could be forced into a dangerous situation and removing the necessity for an in-person appointment reduces the chance that the physician might catch it. To introduce this legislation claiming it’s for women and the increased access to medical care is a farce.

Last Wednesday 24 Leaders and Patriots of our great state came forward to SUPPORT LB188 – the 2nd Amendment Preservation Act, which would protect Nebraskans from unlawful seizure of their firearms due to Federal Ruling or regulations. Patricia Harrold, has been a member of the NFOA Board of Directors since 2014. She’s a proud USAF Veteran, mother of 2, and Defense Contractor at Offutt AFB. She’s called Nebraska home since 2018 after serving in several places across the country and the world. She’s a firearms instructor and training counselor, with multiple credentials and spends her evenings and weekends offering classes at her local range Omaha Gun Club. Nebraskans Against Government Overreach showed up in full force for the Support of LB643 ( to protect our right to choice should a vaccine mandate be implemented ) and to Oppose LB447 ( to remove an exemption and require reporting of vaccine status by childcare providers electronically ).

February 2nd 2021 – Omaha City Council Meeting
On February 2nd, 46 of the Omaha community spoke in opposition to the mask mandate. The reasons all varied some but at the end of the day these advisors and city council members (with the exception of maybe 2) are too far consumed by expert worship to even begin to understand what we’re saying.
Nonetheless, even if they can’t hear our message, our hopes that others might is far greater a reason to be there.
Despite the amazing testimony and unsurmountable evidence to our case the City Council voted for yet another extension. The mask mandate is now in place until May 25th 2021.
We have said and done everything we can. Dr Lee Merritt left them with a few final words – well aware the council was going to vote the way they were going to vote.
Kathleen Kauth gave excellent testimony. She is also running for city council in Omaha for District 5.
Kathleen has been consistently involved in standing up for our communities civil liberties and in our opinion would make a fantastic council member.
Tyiesha Kosmicki delivered a powerful blow to Festersen in her testimony given at the city council meeting. City Councilmen Pete Festersen has also been a long-time employee of CHI – this should be an obvious conflict of interest.
Tyiesha is also running for City Council in district 1 to replace Festersen. An obvious step up!
Dr Trino Nuno is a local dentist to the Omaha area. He gave by far some of the best testimony in opposition to a mask mandate.
As a medical professional it was an honor to have his input on the matter.

January 9th 2020 – Ben Sasse Protest
January 9th Nebraskans Against Government Overreach joined in support of a peaceful protest of Senator Ben Sasse. This Senator has failed the constituents of Nebraska. There are ongoing actions to censure Senator Sasse. At this time the SCC meeting at which time a censure could be presented has been delayed. (Update: 2.11.2021)
January 5th 2021 – Seward City Council Meeting
The same evening that the Papillion City Council held a meeting, Seward also had a City Council meeting happening. Dr Tapper and Allie French rushed from one meeting to the other in hopes of supporting both cities.
Allie French quickly covered:
NOWHERE in the Constitution is there a promise for a hospital bed.
NEVER has there been a clinical observation of asymptomatic spread.
The test are faulty. The data is fudged.
Mandates for non-pharmacuetical intervention is still medical intervention and is a violation of the US and NE Constitution.
Mandates create hostility and lack of respect for others.
Just because you can’t SEE someone’s reason for not masking DOESN’T mean they don’t have a valid reason.
Danna brought it home with solid facts and sound reasoning. Danna has been a solid leader in the Seward area and is the point of contact for the Seward area.
Their team is ever growing and will actively work to preserve their Liberty.

January 5th 2021 – Papillion City Council Meeting
Papillion’s City Council meeting was unlike many of the other meetings we have attended in the past year. The decorum of many of the city council members was atrocious. No matter their opinions the attitude and verbal attacks on others should be the final straw for ANY citizen of this city to never re-elect them again.
Dr Ben Tapper delivered yet another spectacular speech.
Local Pastor James Tyler gave a thoughtful and passionate testimony about why he was not going to comply and even more so has instructed his congregation to not comply with unjust, unconstitutional mandates such as this mask mandate. City Council member Mumguard had attacked Pastor James Tyler with false facts about a Supreme Court ruling from 1905.
Most people assume the 1905 ruling was for compulsory vaccines, but when you examine this ruling it is actually about the tax for those whom reject the vaccine.
At this point Allie French took the time to stand up for a local leader that did not deserve to be treated as such and correct the misinformation.
Edward nailed it when he expressed to the council that if they should not run for re-election if they are going to continue the government overreach.
Ultimately, after all testimony was given, a few of the city council members attempted to waive the 3rd reading in order to pass it that evening in an emergency vote. December 22nd 2020 – Wahoo Victory
This evening Wahoo not only shot down the mask mandate through the city council but voided the mask mandate put forth by the health board. When the people rise up, the people have the power! When the people are immune to propoganda the people have the power! When the people take action our freedoms are perserved!
Thank you to everyone who came out this evening and a special thanks to Courtney and Barb for rallying the locals and providing a space for the people to peaceably assemble as our forefathers intended us to do!
December 21st – Beatrice City Council Meeting
Our country has a history of propogating pandemics in order to control. If they feed society the fear of a virus long enough, even a majorly benign illness, too many people have proven they will freely give up their rights.
“Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship to restrict the art of healing to one class of Men and deny equal privileges to others; the Constitution of the Republic should make a Special privilege for medical freedoms as well a religious freedom.” -Benjamin Rush
We are at this point in time. When government infringes on our rights it is the people’s responsibility to not only disobey, but to rise up and correct it.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out – because I was not a Jew.

Many excellent speakers came forward today. The board motioned to pass the mask mandate with minor amendments to the prior mandate.

December 18th – Community Christmas Party
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Community Christmas Party! What a wonderful time and excellent people!! Our event hosted 150 people in the metro community all with a desire to stand up for our freedoms. Dr Merritt, Dr Tapper and Allie French each delivered wonderful speeches – discussing mandates, underlying agendas and the next steps to preserving our liberty here in the Omaha area.
December 7th 2020 – O’Neill City Council Meeting
O’Neill did not pass a mandate! Only a resolution which is a strong recommendation!
That’s a win for the books! Thank you to all of the great citizens of this town that can and spoke before the City Council with conviction and evidence that allowed the council to rule constitutionally and uphold their communities rights.

November 24th – Fremont City Council Meeting
We traveled a short distance outside of my home city to speak before a neighboring town that is one of the dozens of cities across Nebraska trying to rush a mask mandate.
They did motion to table the mandate until after the Health Board has had their meeting and formed a recommendation.
November 14th 2020 – No Mask Omaha Peaceful Protest
We marched for Freedom! Freedom to choose our own treatment and prevention. We marched against the censorship our group has experienced because of emotions and irrational fear. We STAND even if no one else will, even when people hate us or speak badly of us. We will ALWAYS stand up to speak truth.
On this day we were standing up to local bullies. Omaha had recently enacted a mask mandate and with it came the bullies. Mandates have a tendency to embolden people to believe that it is their duty and right to confront others for not conforming. Even when the persons reason is a valid health concern.
With the sudden change in atmosphere for people who cannot or choose not to wear masks Nebraskans Against Government Overreach and No Mask Omaha held several group shopping events for members of the group to have the opportunity to get their groceries and have the support of others while doing so.
We had planned to have another shopping trip the evening of this event you’re now reading about. Unfortunately, a reporter in the Omaha area had taken offense at a billboard the No Mask Omaha group purchased just the day before, and caused a stir in the community. This lead to an infiltration of the group and the cause of our event’s cancellation.
While our intention was never to ruffle feathers, but simply to support each other through grocery shopping, we couldn’t continue the shopping trip.
However, we also couldn’t back down to the bullies.
So we shifted gears.
We would protest the public response and let our voices be heard and faces seen!
During our march we encounter much more positive feedback than negative feedback.
We had started at a local high school and walked across the street to stand on the public sidewalk in front of the grocery we had intended on shopping at.
We enjoyed each other’s company on this cold evening.
We sang.
We talked.
We laughed.
Many listened to Allie French as she walked through the crowd and conversed with some of the spectators in the comments of the live video.
October 26th 2020 – Omaha City Council meeting
Another powerful day at the Omaha City Council meeting where many true warriors spoke up for our freedoms! Thank you to each and everyone for using your voice, your expertise, your experience and showing true faith in God.

October 10th 2020 – MMAMV Freedom Rally
Omaha MMAMV Freedom Rally was hosted by Nebraskans Against Government Overreach at Zorinksy Lake. What a wonderful turnout and fantastic speakers. We spoke before our amazing community about unconstitutional mandates and how we are taking action against them and why. Dr Lee Merritt gave amazing presentations – yet again! Scott Bush and his wife Angie presented a phenomenal and eye opening demonstration on various masks for effectiveness of filtration. Dr Ben Tapper, Allie French and Joe Hiatt each shared a powerful message that every Patriot can agree with!
September 29th 2020 – Omaha City Council Meeting
Until this mandate and the concept of any others in the future have come to a screeching halt we will not comply, and we will not go away. The members of this city council cannot in good conscience vote to extend this unconstitutional, un-Christian, and un-safe mandate.

September 22nd 2020 – Omaha City Council Protest and Interview
September 22nd Nebraskans Against Government Overreach held a peaceful protest, as we always do, prior to the City Council meeting.
“They’re either the most incompetent PHDs with an inability to analyze data and give an honest analysis OR they’re being driven by an agenda that has nothing to do with our community’s health”
Allie French gave an interview with local news in response to our consistent presence at the Omaha City Council Meetings.
Of course this interview never aired on local television – they couldn’t possibly deliver honest information or even let alone the “opinions” of a group in the local community.
September 20th 2020 – Freedom Rally in Lincoln
Today, we stood up for Freedom!!! It was great to see so many people that believe in America! We will always fight for our children. We will fight for their freedoms and the of the generations to come. There we many fantastic speakers including: Featuring Scott Presler, Benjamin Madsen, Janelle Folkert, Allie French, and others. Our numbers continue to grow as people recognize their responsibility to preserve and maintain ALL of our rights!
September 1st 2020 – Omaha City Council meeting
Speeches from Reggan N Brent Simons, Dr Ben Tapper and Allie French at the Omaha City Council as opponents of a resolution to give Adi Pour as acting City Health Director the legal grounds to implement mandates in response to a threat of epidemic.
August 11th 2020 – Omaha City Council Meeting
August 11th was the first public hearing held for a mask mandate in Omaha, Nebraska. The mask mandate was passed in a 7-0 vote and thus began the slippery slope of medical tyranny.
Dr Ben Tapper spoke with conviction and from the heart.

Allie French, founder and Omaha leader, spoke before the City Council in opposition to a city mask mandate. We knew we were walking into a meeting where the vote had already been determined.
They were not there to listen to us, but that won’t stop us.
